Audi's say... Audi!
Gone is the 2004 Ford SVT Lightning F-150. I am truck disabled. :(
Here is the 2005 Audi S4 Avant. I am station-wagon with a monster V8 6-speed manual... ENABLED. :) :)
I had an S4 Avant prior, the bi-turbo version. After 96k miles I gave it up last year. And it was REALLY tough afterwards ... having a wagon with a built in retractable dog gate, room for passengers, stuff, AWD for any weather condition, and enough power and handling to take on any driving excitement condition ... it's beyond practical. It's also very expensive. But I appreciate cars sufficiently that I can easily justify the price. Some people dig comp hardware, some people do drugs. I do cars.
Unfortunately with this loss of my tow vehicle also indicates another action I'm taking-- selling the Moostang track car. Not the engine, just the rolling chassis. As part of a downpayment on a house for Galen and I.
So it's just the Thunderchicken and S4 for me for a long time. Will I survive? I think yes.
