Amazon price changes

Every now and then you find a gem of a price on Amazon, for products sold by a company called OneCall.  I have no idea who OneCall is, but as near as I can tell they're some kind of wholesaler, probably of refurb, open-box, scratch-and-dent, returns, or something like that.  Many of their prices are..  $1.  They usually only have qty: 1 of such an item.

I had added such an item to my Amazon cart last night, but didn't purchase.  When I logged into Amazon this morning, I got this notice:

Please note that the price of Monster HDP 2500 High Definition PowerCenter 11 Outlets, Stage 2, T2 Protection, USB (MP HDP 2500) has increased from $1.00 to $399.95 since you placed it in your Shopping Cart. Items in your cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product detail pages.

...  yeah.  Talk about price bumps.
