Some of my coworkers are doing the Burpee Challenge (a href="http://www.crossfitsantacruz.com/crossfit_santa_cruz/burpee-challenge-details.html">see here for reference</a>.) They're currently on day 18. I've decided to join them - which means I'm playing catch up. The challenge is pretty basic - for 100 days, you do a number of burpees equal to the day of the challenge - day 1, you do 1. Day 2, you do 2. Day 10, you do 10. By the time you reach Day 100, you're doing 100 burpees. Since I'm joining in late, I have to do extra every day until I've caught up. January 5th was day 18, and I did 15 just before bed tonight, catching me up on days 1-5, so I'm 156 behind. My plan is to do 15 burpees every morning until I've caught up (10 days + 6 extra), and the normal day's quota of burpees in the evening.
For those of you who are into this sort of thing (STEVE), keep me honest please.
