Ow....

Great progress was made for the first three consequtive days of weightlifting.

I think the best line I've got describing the way I feel is.. "When I walk down the hallway there is a veritable orchestra of pain eminating from various different areas."

My biceps hurt, my triceps hurt, my chest hurts, my abs hurt, my quads.. shoulders.. and my brain.

This feeling is of course.. one of the most awesome feelings there is, to me.

The pain, she is exquisite, no?

I can't help mentioning, though, from what you've said of your routine it looks like you're running a SEVERE risk of overtraining, which does no one any good. If you MUST workout each body part twice a week, make sure the second time is a very LIGHT workout.
